The conference is produced by Wolters Kluwer Health/Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, publisher of Advances in Skin & Wound Care.

The conference will meet the continuing-education needs of multidisciplinary skin and wound care practitioners, from novice to expert, by providing a forum for educational sessions and interactive workshops that offer comprehensive wound management strategies.

We’re expecting 1,200 multidisciplinary practitioners at this year’s conference—nurses, physicians, podiatrists, physical therapists, dietitians and others who manage skin and wound care patients across the continuum of health care. We’ll offer CE credit for nurses, CME credit for physicians, CPME credit for podiatrists, CEUs for physical therapists, and CPEUs for Registered Dieticians and Dietetic Technicians.

After attending the symposium, you’ll be able to:
Apply basic to advanced concepts in the science of wound healing to your practice or role in preventing and managing wounds.
Discuss current clinical practice, plus how to integrate cutting-edge treatments, emerging technologies, and research breakthroughs.
Identify credible, balanced, and relevant clinical practice issues.
Network with faculty and colleagues to maintain and grow relationships.

We also encourage you to share your research findings and wound management tips, tricks, techniques and expertise as a presenter in our poster session. Display details of your clinical innovations and give colleagues information they can take home and apply in their work settings.

A detailed brochure will be posted soon!
